IPG successfully tendered for the right to build, own and operate the car park servicing the Royal Children’s Hospital. The facility comprises a 7 level car park with 590 marked bays that was originally constructed in 1998.

The Royal Children’s Hospital was decommissioned in 2014. The car park now services staff who work within the broader Herston precinct and patients visiting the University of Queensland Oral Health facility located across the road from the car park.

All entry and exit points have automated/swipe card gates and CCTV cameras are installed throughout the facility.
