The Herston Road car park forms part of the larger Herston Health Precinct site located in the inner-city suburb of Herston, approximately 2.2km north of the Brisbane CBD.

IPG acquired a leasehold interest over the car park in September 2025 with an expiry date in June 2061. The 6 storey car park provides 800 bays and is connected via pedestrian airbridge to the Royal Brisbane & Women’s hospital.

The car park is located in close proximity to Victoria Park and is uniquely positioned to benefit from the significant infrastructure build out planned for the area for the 2032 Olympics.
