The Randwick Health campus is located approximately 6 km South East of the Sydney CBD and incorporates 4 major hospitals being the Prince of Wales Hospital, the Prince of Wales Private Hospital, the Royal Hospital for Women and the Sydney Children’s Hospital.

IPG led the design, construction and financing of the car park located on the Randwick Health Campus and operates the car park under a 25 year lease granted at completion of the asset. The car park comprises over 2,000 bays split across a four level basement car park, a three level above ground staff car park and on-grade parking bays across the campus.

All entry and exit points have automated/swipe card gates and CCTV cameras are installed throughout the facility. LED lighting has been installed to improve the energy efficiency of the facility.
