The Sydney Adventist Hospital (the San) is the largest private hospital in NSW located in Wahroonga, Sydney. IPG acquired from the San a long-term leasehold interest over all at-grade and multi-deck parking infrastructure on the campus.

The lease specifies agreed rates & future escalation for each user group accessing the campus including staff, patients & visitors. Access arrangements for specific user groups are also specified in the lease including VMO’s, concession parkers and students that access the campus parking.

IPG has appointed Wilson Parking to operate the parking facility. IPG will replace the existing parking system with licence plate enabled parking technology and an app-based parking solution to provide a more seamless & integrated parking experience for staff & others regular users of the site.
