The Surgical Treatment & Rehabilitation Service (STARS) forms part of the larger Herston Quarter precinct being delivered by Australian Unity in conjunction with Metro North. Australian Unity developed the STARS hospital and integrated car park, with IPG acquiring a leasehold interest over the car park at completion.

The facility comprises 4 levels (each split into an upper and lower level) and provides direct pedestrian access to the STARS hospital and broader Herston Quarter development.
