The Parkway San Clinic asset represents IPG’s first foray into the private sector healthcare space. The 60-suite clinic and integrated car park were developed by the Seventh-day Adventist Church which also operates the San Hospital located across the road from the Parkway San Clinic.

IPG acquired the strata lot comprising the car park on completion in late 2019. The 2-level basement car park comprises 154 single car bays which service the parking requirements of staff and clients of the clinic.

The car park is fully automated and is operated on a remote basis. IPG has installed an advanced parking guidance system to assist with wayfinding within the facility.
